Order Cancellation Terms
1. Overview
This document explains when and how an order may be cancelled after being placed for furniture delivery across Australia. It is intended to help customers clearly understand cancellation eligibility, processing steps and refund handling, and is designed to align with the other published terms governing purchases on our website.
We assess cancellation requests fairly and consistently based on order status and operational requirements.
2. Cancellation Eligibility
Orders may be cancelled under the following conditions:
- Cancellation requests submitted within 48 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been dispatched, are eligible for cancellation
- Orders that have already been dispatched, or orders submitted more than 48 hours after purchase, cannot be cancelled
If an order cannot be cancelled, customers are encouraged to accept delivery and submit a request in accordance with our returns and refund arrangements after the item has been received.
3. How to Request a Cancellation
To request an order cancellation, customers must contact our customer support team using one of the following methods:
- Email, which is the preferred contact method
- Telephone support during customer service hours
Customers should provide sufficient information to allow the order to be identified, including the order number and relevant payment or order details.
4. Processing and Refund Handling
Cancellation requests are reviewed as soon as reasonably practicable after receipt.
Once a cancellation request is approved:
- The customer will be notified of the outcome
- A refund will be initiated within 3 business days
- Refunds are issued using the original payment method
The time required for refunded funds to appear in the customer’s account depends on the processing timelines of the relevant financial institution.
